Weakness and issues.
I have lower back tail bone area soreness and burning sensation after playing or exercise.It happens only after activity then after rest its normal.i feel little weak also.i have full body muscle twiching.please tell what causes this whats the solution?

The symptoms you described suggest inflammation/relatively insufficient nutrients/oxygen supply to your musculoskeletal system. You can have a banana with curds everyday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Thus will take care of requirements of protein and calcium. To improve oxygen supply, you can take dhatri and pimpali or rasayan capsules. Let me know the follow up.
