  4. Weakness and body pain. Please suggest!

Weakness and body pain
Since last  one month I am suffering from weakness, body ache specially hands both legs ,feeling laziness.have gone through with few tests H1ab- 5.6 Uric acid-7.41 Vitamin D- 50(low) Vitamin b12- lower side-250 Two months back sugar-96(fasting) Creatinine-81 Urine test-normal Ultrasound-normal Please suggest Thanks
