Weakness and body pain
I have restarted my workouts 4days back after 3 months. Right now I am feeling weakness and joints pain and arms , shoulder and back shoulder pain. I took Electoral Powder with water and feeling little better but not completely. May I know the reason please and what should I do for quick relief .

You are having muscle fatigue or cramps ....its common after starting workouts after a gap ...mainly because your muscles have become a bit deconditioned ....try thiocolchicoside 4mg ...should help
