Weak Eye muscles headache
Hi, I have weak eye muscles due to which I am continuously suffering continous headache from 2 months
and this is confirmed by opthalmolgist
.and he suggested eye exercises for weak eye muscles I am doing pencil pushups from past 2 months.my vision is 6/6.
These headaches interfering my daily activities.
Apart from these exercises how to stop my headache I have tried the medicines but my headache is not stopping.
Please suggest how to stop my headache I am really frustrated now from these headaches.

If muscles are weak. You should not watch screen for prolonged time.
