Wbc count n esr prob
Dr my esr is 60 and wbc count 12500...dont have any problem but yes my back is continously paining... Any remedy to reduce the count so tgat it becms normal. Pls suggest me diet also to reduce the count..

It gets corrected automatically. ..if u treat the cause for it...diets will not reduce it...it might be suggesting a infection somewhere in it bosy If u have backache please get investigated...that might be a source of infection also...we never know until checked
