Watery semen
My are is 16, i started masturbating before 4 years but from past few months my rate of masturbation had increased to 3 or multiple times per day as of now when I masturbated my Semen is not thick as it was before 2 weeks but 2days before  I masturbated 5 times a day and now when I masturbated my Semen is watery and very clear do I have a low sperm count or I lost my quality of my sperm?Please tell me I'm worried since yesterday
