Watery potty, cough n cold,5hrs no urine
My 6 month old kid has been passing green watery potty frequently since I started giving him cerelac from a week back. Now he has cough n cold, passes watery green potty every time I give anything. He has been very dull today and even slept quitely. Usually he is super active n requires lot of efforts to make him sleep. He has also not passed urine since last 5 hours. Prior to it he passes very less urine n that too was dark yellow. Please advise asap.
He is a normal delivery baby and his weight is around 7-8 kg now.
