  4. Watery eyes. What else can be done?

I have the blocked tear ducts for last two years tried extralube eye drops but it didn't help I was suggested reconstruction of tear ducts what else can be done?

Surgery is only way to get relief. permanently from watering,no eye drops is effective if naso-lacrimal duct is blocked.
