It may be simple case of ocular bacterial infection  or she is having nasolacrimal  duct blockage, first try some antibiotic eye drops 4-5 times a day (vigamox eye drops), if she does not respond, consult some ophthmologist for diagnosis.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Is there redness in her eyes? Is there any itching sensation? Since when is this happening? The history you have provided is next to nothing. Consult a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
