My friend completed her TB course(7months) 10 days back and she took out LFT result. Every thing in the report is normal except
Serum globulins 3.8mg/dl (range is 2-3.5)
Ratio 0.89 (range is 1.2-2.5) please help what does this mean.

Tuberculosis medications are multi drug therapy including 4-5 medicines depending upon the protocol . Some of those Medications affect liver and here if the serum globin , as you say is 3.8 that's just 0.3 mg/dl more than the upper normal range so it's nothing to worry about , and same with the ratio.
Keep in touch with primary consulting Physician with those reports and have a routine basis follow up.
