Warts/skin lesion

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi Its almost been 7-8 months I have multiple warts on ma both palm. I removed 3 by surgery and since then they are growing like anything since. After surgery i started taking homeopathy treatment, but it isnt recovering. I also consulted one skin specialist who advised me to have 1.Acipsor 25 2. Zinfots. I am not sure where its wart ot skin lesion.
