From last months, i am able to see 4-5 small warts on my neckline and seems like they are growing. How can i treat them?

They could be simple skin tags also.wart is a viral infection which if not treated can spread to other areas as well.the most effective way of getting rid of them is by burning them off w a laser.kindly consult a dermatologist for further treatment
