Warts on face

Asked for Female, 21 Years

On the left part of my face, I have immense number of warts on my face including above the eyelid of my left eye. The number of warts are increasing since 3 years and now the size is also increasing. May I know the cause of it. About 1-2 years ago there were a lot of warts emerging on the cleavage portion of my breasts part but they have vanished now without any medication.
