Hi. Warts of face can be persistent and troublesome and can also be recurrent in some. If it's occurring in the beard area, it's advisable not to shave until the warts have been cured completely. Else this will cause further spreading of the warts. You may require treatment with rf ablation or ablative carbon di oxide laser . this are simple treatments and could be done by any qualified dermatologist near you. Also of there are many lesions, it's worth while using topical retinoid creams. Hope this helps
