Have too many warts on my face. Am applying salicylic acid at 10% ointment but there's hardly any improvement.. Need help to remove them permanently

Thanks for the query. I hope your diagnosis is correct. Many a times what general population assumes as wart is something different and much easier to treat. This presentation can be seen with many skin diseases. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist in person to understand the problem and get it diagnosed. A proper treatment can then be started. Discuss the situation and hope it will be cleared in few day. Kindly don't apply salicylic acid 10%. There is a high probability of chemical Burns.
