Warts in armpits and on neck
I have around 20 big n small warts in both armpits and on neck combined, out of them, one is painful to me in the left armpit,is there any procedure to remove them of can they be cured by medication

You have not mentioned much details about your BMI , these might be skin tag which can be removed by chemical abrasion by a dermatologist .
But important is to get yourself screened for diabetes . Get OGTT ( Fasting and 2 hours post 75 gram glucose) , HbA1c
If you are overweight , do brisk walk daily for 30 minute
