Warts.....
I have 3 warts on my Groin where Pubic hairs grow, it's been around 2 years, it started with one now I have 3 of them, the biggest one is about the size of a small seed and it's rising up the skin, another one is flat and 3rd one is very small bump, they are painless and no itching I used Podwart and it helped remove the wart but it reoccurred, could it be genital wart? however, I don't have any wart on my penis or Anus. Please suggest the most effective treatment.

Dear Sir.
As it’s obvious from your description This is a recurrent condition .
You probably know a lot about warts since you already tried the treatment .
My recommendation would be to visit a dermatologist locally get these lesions evaluated and most likely your Dr will cauterise them chemically or with liquid nitrogen .
From my professional experience I have found laser wart removal to be most effective with minimal
Chances of recurrence.
Remember the latent virus can be anywhere around the lesion and can stimulate the skin changes
