Wart, callus ,foriegn body granuloma
I had a wound on my foot. It seemes to be callus formed and a wound like structure which has hole and some grass like skim growing out. I dont know whether it is wart or foreign body granuloma. Can please advise me to find what exactly it is and what are possibke treatments .

hello ..... the explanation u have given is very unclear. A pic of the wound would have been more better. By the details i can have a vague diagnosis of mycetoma foot which presents like this. It requires a thorough debridement and antibiotics. But its always better to confirm before proceeding. U can send me the pic via text and consult.
