Hi. Greetings. Warts in the nose area may not really get cured with medicines. You will definitely require some form of destructive therapy in the form of ablative laser or radio freq surgery. This may cure the wart in a single session . however in some cases warts may recur and you may need repeated one or two sitting. Avoid touching the wart since you may spread it to other areas...
