Wart and pimple problem. These problems.

Dear Sir/mam With due respect I want to tell you that white warts are emerging on my face since last month and  now they are  spreading on face day by day .Kindly refer pic , there you will find white warts in various sizes ( small, very small and also some tiny ones) on side of the chin. Also pimples are occurring on face mostly on cheeks , some of the pimples left black acne on face. I am facing this problem of pimples since last 6 months . Usually I have never faced this problem but since last 6 months i am unable to cure them. My skin is neither oily nor dry but can be put under dry skin tone still I am facing this issue. I am unable to get the exact reason of all these problems. I have taken facial on my face 6 month ago. but I cannot say exactly that this is the only reason of my skin to get susceptible to pimples or  something else. kindly help me to get out of these problems.
