Wart and pigmentation on face and neck
Hello , i have small elevated pigmentation on my face and neck , may be warts which increased in numbers post pregnency. i wanted to get them removed nd also wanted to understand why they have come. I have hair loss issue in some parts of head as well. Please help me.

Not necessary wart it could be skin tags or DPN ( Dermatosis papulosa nigra )
Since they have a tendency to increase in pregnancy
Kindly consult with pics to confirm the diagnosis
