My legs are 3'3" but it seems spine didn't grow to its full potential I'm 5'6" want to add 5 more inches..will that be possible.. I'm 19 and half years .. Want suggestions...I was a vegetarian ...recently turned non veg..started eating eggs ..will that help

165 cms is normal and your height is also dependent on genetic factor
also don't need to worry, but if you have disproportionate height consult a physician

hello..there is a certain age up to which our bone length increases..after that there will be no increase in height...your maximum growth spurt would have already occurred..generally in puberty everyone grows up to adult height..there may be hardly any height increase after that won't be there.. so until early 20's there are chances of increase in height
