Want to get vaccinated
I want to get vaccinated but every now and then iam getting itchy throat ears block throat discomfort lil cough .whenever I change place or if climate change iam getting these .I also have bilateral minimal plueral effusion and infective etiology in aug hrct ...when should I get vaccinated plz help.

You may get vaccinated anytime. But having effusion and other issues needs treatment first. I hope you are in contact with any doctor for that.
