Walking after acl reconstruction.
Sir on my left knee acl reconstruction surgery is done using hamstring graft (Autograft). Partial meniscectomy is also done in posterior horn of medial meniscus. (radial tear). After how many days., I can walk without using walker or crutches???

surgeon would know how stable and strong is your graft and amount of meniscus injury and resection, i feel your surgeon is better judge. generally we consider around 3 weeks on walker and 3 weeks on crutches. how ever things can change depending on many factors. main intention is to wait for graft to heal inside the bone tunnel(tenodesis)
