My mother is having high bp problem she is taking telvas h and nebicard 5.she is having diabetes and fast heart beat problem also.her pulse about 85.from last few weeks she suddenly wake up from sleep and have fast heart beat.i wnt to know is this related to heart or mind plz tell.

Without clinical examination it cannot be said why she is having fast heart rate and wake up from sleep in midnight. This is due to heart disease most probably. This may be a condition called paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnoea which occurs due to heart diseases. So, consult any cardiologist urgently,than visit any consultant physician too for ruling out any other possibilities such as respiratory problem.
