My baby born with 4 kg in normal delivery. After the delivery baby not moving his left hand and Its like waiter tip hand. We did x ray there was no fracture in x ray. Please tell me the solution.

He could have had a shoulder dystocia. Most of them improve with time. Your paediatrician will tell you some physiotherapy which is helpful.
