Vomitting repeatedly

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My son had mild fever 100.8 day before ye sterday and we gave Crocin syrup at regular interval of 6 hours but since yesterday morning he hasn't ate anything and whenever tries to vommitting is occuring, At least 4 times in 24 hours he vomits. 1. What should I give as medicine to stop vomiting. 2. What food to offer as not eating also causing weakness. 3. Is there anything to panic about? We tries giving suji chila, Apple and lotus seeds

Kindly give him an antiemetic to control th vomiting and then try feeding. Also give plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. As long as he can take food and medicines orally and maintains hydration, you can manage at home. If his urine output reduces or if he isn't able to retain anything in his tummy, you need to hospitalise
