Vomitting everything
My 1 year old suddenly started vomiting for past 4 hours, even breast milk is not staying. His stomach makes gurgling noise and he vomits. He didn't fall or hit his head as well. He was having runny nose for past 4 days.

Start susp domstal 2.5 Ml three times a day ..started sips of feeds and ORS …if vomiting persists and child is less active then admitted in hospital
