Feed from one breast at one time while feeding & from other breast at next due feed.
If ur baby sleeps 2-3 hrs after every feed & is passing urine 6- 7 times a day indicate sufficient supply for baby.

If your baby is passing urine more than 8 times a day, then your supply is sufficient
Try to offer one breast at a time because hind milk is very important for baby
For any child, difficult to suggest ml for a day or each feed.
Approx requirement is 150ml/kg, so if wt is 5kg, then 750ml. So if the child is feeding every 3 hours, then around 80 to 100ml. But very difficult to calculate that.
Best way is to count urine frequency, if it is 8 times in 24 hours or more then whatever feed the child is taking is enough for her requirement.
Weight check once in 15 days or month, should show rise in weight by 300 to 500gm, then you are on the right track.
