Vomiting with foul smell

My son age 2years , suddenly yesterday night he started voMiting, today Moring after eating stsr vomiting which has foul smell, doc prescribed granirex syp, after taking at noon he did not vomit again, we stopped medicine but at night 10pm he vomits every thing what he eat in the whole day , we are worried , what to fo know , he is not doing potty from yesterday noon , he has not any problem otherwise..

I think probably he has stomach infection.. You may give the medicine for vomiting 2-3 times a day for a day or two.
