Vomiting with foul smell

My 2years baby boy vomiting , yesterday night he vomit , then in the Morning, take to the doctor, prescribed granirex syrup, then he was ok.. at 10pm he vomit again and through out everything he has takenin lunch and dinner , he has no other issue , it has very foul smeling , he is playing ,joyfull.. what to do know?? I am very scary..
