Vomiting profusely
I have been vomiting since 5:30 this morning. It is now dry heaving. I've tried several different meds that have helped in the past, but everything I've tried comes right back up. I'm so thirsty and I can't even keep water down.

Did you try taking tablet domstal 10mg? Continue taking fluids. If it's not getting down, it's better to take iv fluids
