I am 5/6 weeks pregnant. Facing bad nausea, vomiting after eating anything. Have headache as well. Please advice. Can i take saridon for headache?? Appreciate your prompt response as i am unwell and don't know what to do.help

You cnt tk ny pain killer in pregnancy. For nausea n vomiting tk tab ondem MD 1tab right now . Hv some fluid with glucose or electral powder to avoid dehydration. If still uncontrollable vomit visit a hospital for further management
