She is having cold and vomiting. Her throat may be congested and sometimes cold also drip in the throat which leads to vomiting after food intake,show your pediatrician to get proper treatment. If she is vomiting each time after feeds, it could be gastritis or stomach infection.
Since u mentioned she has a cold, there is a chance she has chest congestion and hence she is vomiting
