Vomiting in 7 yr kid
My daughter is 7 yrs old . Today morning immediately after wake up she vomited . For past two days she has dark chocolate two pieces . Every month she has an episodes of nausea and vomition . For past one year she is allergic to hotel food s. Day before yesterday she is telling head spinning . Today morning she vomited also . Pls suggest . Whenever she eats chocolate or biriyani and lemon items she has vomition . Pls suggest .

This is a condition called Gastritis that occurs due to excess acid production in the stomach due to certain foods especially chocolate and oily and spicy foods. Kindly give - Tab lanzol junior 30 mg tablet once a day in the morning empty stomach.

Plz don’t give foods that can cause gastritis Avoid outside food as much as possible Give tab ondansetron 4 mg if vomiting and lanzol 15 mg empty stomach then give food To rule out cause of vomiting u need physical consultation Avoid allergic foods If along with vomiting child is heaving headache , blurring of vision, continuous pain abdomen, fever, then immediately go hospital
