Vomiting in 25days old
Hi
My 25 days old son has been vomiting milk from his mouth and nose soon after breastfeed. This is happening right from his birth. I feed him lying on bed with completely turning him towards myself. He has gained weight (birth weight 3.2kgs. after 25 days 3.9kgs).
Please suggest me a solution for this. Thank you.

Are you burping your child??
If not please burp your child after every feed by put him strait on your shoulder for atleast 10 min and gently pat his back. Then put him on left lateral potision for 10-15 minutes.
If despite this he continues to burp then give medicine
Drop Domstal 6 drops thrice a day for 5-7 days and see the difference...
Next Steps
as much as your child is gaining weight.. it doesn't seems to be more serious problem but it can be if he aspirates the vomit so please give him proper position after each feed.
