Vomiting, head spin, stomach pain, fragr

Hello doc, I had regular periods in the month of march 3rd week after that in April during the time of periods I took 1 tab each day for 3days to postpone my periods since then I haven't got my periods. Since last week of April I have head spin, vomiting, not able to eat food, very tired and sleep alot. I had taken be complex for 5days, then thought may be acidity so took omaze d for 2days then pantop d, then I had puking so took ondem md. Still I have the same problem. I have still not got my periods and i have not got intimate with my partner that I could be pregnant. I showed to a local doc whoz not a gynaecologist she said it's positive and to consult a gynec but I told her I haven't got intimate how is it possible for the results to be positive. Please help me..
