Sever pain in stomach n vomits
I have a sever pain in right side of stomach n even i vomit i had unprotected sex last month at last day of my periods n even took i pill m i pregnant and i have a vagina discharge which has a different odor plus i have my ultrasound tomorrow with my family plzz tell me will ipill and alcohol consumption come in ultrasound n if i m pregnant n i have a urge of urination but it doesn't come

I pill and alcohol doesn't show in ultrasound.
However if you are pregnant then definitely that ll come in ultrasound.
Do a urine pregnancy test to confirm if you are pregnant or not.
