Vomiting due to iron tablets.

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am 15 weeks 1 day pregnant, my doctor has prescribed me iron and calcium tablets, but i am unable to have iron tablets as i face severe nausea and vomiting problem when i have it. Can you please suggest any alternative iron supplement which wont cause this issue. My hb is 11.2. Plz check my report attached.
