Vomiting cold and fever
My son aged 4 years having vomiting since morning .he had pediasure milk and an egg. Also sneezing and running nose. Temperature is 99.

This might be just some food intolerance. If child's activity is fine, does not have fever, and no loose motions, do not worry. You may give some simple home remedy for the cold like drinking plenty if lukewarm water, nasal saline drops to clear nose, and fever medicine if required. If child Starts loose motion give 1/4 th glass ORS after each loose motions.
