Vomiting and no hunger since lst 4 days.
Whenever she eat she feel pukish and dont feel hungry also since last 4 days.
Is it due to cold ? Anyother symptom is not there. She vomit once or twice a day. Stomach sound is also there.

Have some light foods for.few days
Wear warm clothes , heating in room
.drink plenty of water and liquids.
Avoid raw veggies and fruits. Only.boiled stuff.
