Vomiting commonly happens because of infections or erosions in stomach and upper intestine. At such a young age, if symptoms are very persistent, an upper GI endoscopy may be recommended to make sure you do not have small ulcers, which resolve completely if discovered early.
If vertigo is present otherwise and is before the nauseating sensation comes, a neurological consult might be required
In the meantime, keep yourself well hydrated as fluid loss in vomiting causes vertigo and dizziness as well
