Vocal prolyp
I have been diagnosed with the prolyp in vocal chords I have symptoms of hoarse voice since 4-5 months.. Is surgery necessary or this can get recovered with voice rest ? Pictures of prolyp attached

Voice rest and voice rehabilitation along with antacid help upto some extent. But surgery is the treatment of choice

You can try voice rest and steam inhalation and antacids.. If it doesn't improve then surgery is the option
