Vocal cord cancer carcinoma
Radiation( 32) and chemotherapy(6) has been completed three moths ago and I came regular check up and doctors written one test name as DLDP, Please find attached report Doctors put trychestomy tube. Please kindly answer, is my cancer is reducing and what I have to do based on the report please kindly advise me.

According to the report there is swelling of your vocal cord secondary to radiotherapy. Since you have completed both radiotherapy and chemotherapy, it would be advisable to wait and repeat Video laryngoscopy after another 3 months for the swelling to reduce and re-evaluate
