Hemorrhagic polyp of vocal cord is benign condition involving vocal cords and most of the times treatment is microlaryngeal excision of the polyp. It can be done with various instruments and nowadays laser gives best outcomes. Voice therapy is one of the other options but its not very successful in most of the cases Consult nearby ENT specialist or phonosurgeon

This problem is best solved using high presicion LASER assisted Micro-Laryngeal Surgery (L-MLS). This is a short stay surgery. Probably about 4 hours hospitalisation.
