I was recently diagnosed with Vocal Cord Hemorrhagic Polyp. The doctor has advised me to go for a minor surgery, however I want to find out if the problem can be resolved with medication.

Hemorrhagic polyp of vocal cord is benign condition involving vocal cords and most of the times treatment is microlaryngeal excision of the polyp. It can be done with various instruments and nowadays laser gives best outcomes.
Voice therapy is one of the other options but its not very successful in most of the cases
