Vocal cord palsy at your age needs to evaluated in detail to identify cause. Many times no cause can be identified and then voice therapy will help you to improve your voice significantly and aspiration also will resolve. You may need to undergo chest x ray, CT scan of the thorax to identify cause for your palsy
