Vitiligo vulgaris
I have vitiligo vulgaris since 4 months some patches around the breast and a small one on my thigh I am taking a treatment since 2 months but I saw the patches are increasing

Hi...a spreading lesion of vitiligo means the disease is unstable. You need to get immunosuppressive therapy to stop the spread. Then the next step would be to go for repigmentation. These have to be in a graded manner . The treatment tends to be long. You need lot of patience. But this disease is known to occur due to stress. I suggest you follow healthy life style. This will help in healing.
