Sir,my relative have stable 4-5 vitiligo patches on his legs from last 6-8 years & he intends to get marry next year & seeking permanent diagnosis for vitiligo. Is phototheraphy or dermatosurgery applicable in this case.

Yes definately, in case of stable vitiligo there are lot of surgical options available like melanocyte cell suspension , blister grafting, we can treat him after getting proper history and examination
