Vitiligo treatment
Sir,my relative have stable 4-5 vitiligo patches on his legs from last 6-8 years & he intends to get marry next year & seeking permanent diagnosis for vitiligo. Is phototheraphy or dermatosurgery applicable in this case.

As you mentioned it is a stable Vitiligo patches since 6 to 8 years and no is 4 to 5, excision and very thin split thickness skin graft will solve your problem in one surgical procedure.

Yes definately, in case of stable vitiligo there are lot of surgical options available like melanocyte cell suspension , blister grafting, we can treat him after getting proper history and examination
