If it is the one patch in the photo, 3 to 4 months. Sometimes, even earlier. If it is generalised with multiple lesions or you're getting new lesions, to bring it under control, (considering all goes well) about 1 month, and then repigmentation will take 4 to 5 months, maintenance treatment another 2 to 3 months. This is best case scenario. It really varies from patient to patient.
