If your vitiligo is actively spreading to multiple distant sites, you will need oral medicines to stop the progression. Please attach pictures of all the other sites as well so we can determine the best treatment options for you

You need treatment if it’s progressing to stop the progression. Once the progression has stopped and the disease is stable for atleast 1 year, surgery for pigmentation can be planned
